In the right time, Pietersen scored a good 58 off 38 balls with 5 fours and 3 sixes. He was well supported by Wright (34) and OA Shah (33). Bopara went early for 9 giving responsibility to Wright and Pietersen. They two added 53 for the 2nd wicket in 25 balls.
